I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER WHAT DO I DO?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at info@lovaatelier.com . Include your order number and “Change Order” in the subject line.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER CAN I ADD SOMETHING ELSE?
We cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us ASAP at info@lovaatelier.com . We’ll be happy to place shipping items together.
JUST ORDERED A NEW ITEM BUT MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL. IS THERE AN ISSUE?
Orders placed during new collection launches may take longer than usual to process and prepare to ship, due to high volume. We do our best to deliver within the delivery time indicated on each individual product and will inform you if we cannot meet the delivery date.
MY JEWELRY ARRIVED DAMAGED,WHAT DO I DO?
If your item arrives damaged please email info@lovaatelier.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number #.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCTS?
Our collection is plated in heavy 24k gold or silver. Plated jewelry will naturally turn over time, to learn how to prolong the life of your piece please visit our care page.
